PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

Luminae Design Ltd ("Luminae") may collect personal identification information from users in various ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our website, place an order, or contact us. Where appropriate, users may be asked for their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment details (such as credit card or PayPal information).


Please note:
Luminae does not store or retain any customer payment card or PayPal account details.
 All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment processors.

Users may visit our site anonymously. We collect personal information only when voluntarily submitted by users. Refusal to provide certain information may limit a user's ability to place an order or engage in other site-related activities.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order and delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase. Luminae will not be liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.



DELIVERY

Upon order confirmation, we provide an estimated delivery timeframe. This is an estimate only. During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, Luminae reserves the right to extend delivery times by up to 10 additional business days without liability. We shall not be held responsible for delays beyond our control (including courier delays or customs inspections).



RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, in new condition, and, where possible, in the original packaging.

To exercise your right to cancel or return:

  • Notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving the item (email: Office@Luminae.co.uk).
  • You then have 14 calendar days to return the goods to us.


Please note:

  • We do not offer free returns postage — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not charge cancellation or return processing fees.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for goods that show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.



FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt:

  • Please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • We will, at our sole discretion, offer to repair, replace, or refund the item.
  • Items returned as faulty will be inspected, and if no defect is found or if damage is deemed to be due to misuse, no replacement, repair, or refund will be offered.



GENERAL TERMS

  • Luminae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, any product supplied or delivery delay.
  • All products remain the property of Luminae until full payment has been received and cleared.
  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By placing an order, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
