FOR LUMINAE 

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

Luminae can and may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our website or order from us. Users may be asked for when appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, PayPal information.

Luminae does NOT store or keep any personal payment or Paypal information. 

Users may visit our site anonymously.

We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain site related activities such as ordering products or contacting Luminae. It is the customers responsibility to ensure delivery address information is correct when ordering, Luminae can not be held liable for orders being sent to wrongly entered destinations.

When purchasing from our store we will provide an estimated delivery date, this is an estimate. In times of high order volumes we reserve the right to extend delivery dates by a maximum of 7 business days. Luminae are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase or if the item is not as the customer expected, refund will be issued on receipt of returned items.

We will replace or repair items that are damaged or defected at our discretion.

Returns Policy

You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. Luminae does not offer a free post return service. Luminae does not chagre any fee's to cancel or return an item.  Refund payments are refunded to the orgin of the orginal payment.
