The Luminae Virtus Upgrade Kit is designed to improve the functionality and comfort of the Virtus STV and make it feel more like an operator style plate carrier.

The Virtus upgrade kit is made up of 3 components: Cummerbund, Velcro Front Adapter, and Rear Zip Adapters. These 3 components work as one to give the Virtus Plate Carrier a more secure, comfortable fit to the user and at the same time increases functionality by offering a usable Molle cummerbund and the option to add a Zip-On Panel, Rocket Pouch or Assault pack.

LUMINAE ZIP ADAPTERS WILL FIT ALL STYLES OF ZIP ON PANEL ( CRYE, PLCE, VIRTUS )

When purchasing we also offer optional extras such as Luminae Mag Pouches and Virtus Shoulder Sleeves to further improve your plate carrier.

What you get :

Cummerbund - 1 x Luminae Lasercut and Thermal Plastic Cummerbund. Designed to be rigid to support radios and ammunition pouches. The cummerbund secures to the plate carrier through the channels on the "zip on adapter" with a shock cord centre to give tension.

Velcro Front Adapter - The Luminae Velcro front adapter is a Molle on velcro interface to allow the cummerbund to fasten and hold securely. This also allows any velcro backed magazine pouches to fix and secure.

Rear Zip Adapter - The rear zip adapters give the user the option to zip on any style of zip on pack ( PLCE, CRYE or VIRTUS). The Adapters also have 3 channels stitched within them to secure the rear of the cummerbund and to stop it twisting under load.

Rear Flap Stow Panel - The Rear Flap stow panel is made to aid the stowing of the Virtus side wings within the back storage area of the plate carrier, this panel ensures that the buckles and straps do not rub on the users back when the side wings have been stowed away.
